The UK accountancy firm MHA Macintyre Hudson, which includes specialists in automotive retail, has floated on the London Stock Exchange.
The firm has listed on AIM, the alternative investments market, as MHA plc and according to London Stock Exchange it has successfully raised £98 million, giving the company a market capitalisation on admission of approximately £271 million.

In the run up to the listing the firm said “An IPO will allow MHA to make greater investments in our people, technology and further acquisitions and become an even more attractive proposition to potential new recruits at both a senior and entry level.”
The funds will also enable MHA to invest in technology, including AI and enhance its profile with existing clients, target clients and introducers of new business while also creating the opportunity for strategic acquisitions in the UK and overseas. 
MHA has a medium-term aspiration to become a top 10 UK accounting and professional services business, generating in excess of £500 million annualised revenue.
