Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with two new lawsuits accusing him of sexually assaulting both a 10-year-old and a 17-year-old boy.

Both suits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee with the Supreme Court of the State of New York, according to docs obtained by Variety on Monday, October 28. The first lawsuit detailed an alleged 2005 attack on a 10-year-old boy who wanted to become an actor or rapper.

The victim, who is referred to as John Doe, currently resides in California. He claimed in the filing that his parents flew him from Los Angeles to New York to meet with Diddy, 55, for an “audition” and consultation.

When the family arrived, Diddy allegedly asked to meet with the boy alone before his family, to which they agreed. The boy was dropped off at Diddy’s hotel and left alone to rap for Diddy, who reportedly told the kid he could “make him a star.”

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” Diddy’s rep told Us Weekly in a statement on Monday, in response to both lawsuits that were filed by Buzbee. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”

The statement concluded: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy’s legal team’s remarks were also directed at the second filing that came on Monday, where a second John Doe claimed the rapper forced him to perform oral sex in 2008. The alleged incident took place while the then 17-year-old boy was auditioning for Making the Band, per court documents obtained by Variety.

The complainant alleged that after Diddy saw how uncomfortable he was with the situation he told him he’d be “keeping an eye” on Doe. The victim was eventually eliminated from the competition.

Diddy has been making headlines since November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of sexual assault during their on-off romance. Diddy denied the claims but settled out of court with her that same month.

Less than one year later, Diddy was arrested on September 6 for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. In a 14-page indictment unsealed that month, Diddy was accused of threatening, coercing and abusing women “to fulfill his sexual desires.”

Since his incarceration — Diddy’s trial is set for May 2025 — even more women and men have come forward with allegations of sexual assault. (Diddy has maintained his innocence but was denied bail multiple times.)

Buzbee filed five lawsuits on behalf of different clients on October 20 for incidents allegedly taking place between 2000 to 2002. On Wednesday, October 25, a woman filed her own lawsuit with the help of attorney Buzbee claiming that when she was a 19-year-old college student in 2004, Diddy raped her at a hotel party.

The woman alleged that Diddy threatened to kill her if she didn’t do what he asked after he allegedly forced her classmate to perform oral sex on him while she was in the room. Diddy’s team released a similar statement to the one above, telling Us, “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”
