Cazoo is back in the fast lane as headline sponsor of this year’s British Motor Show – its first major sponsorship move since relaunching in April as a dedicated used car marketplace.
The event, running 15-17 August at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre, will feature the Cazoo Live Arena, featuring supercar showdowns, a Red Devils parachute drop, and the all-new “Strictly Cars Dancing” spectacle.
For younger fans and families, the Cazoo Family Zone promises fun-filled interactive experiences, hosted by Cazoo brand ambassador and TV personality Grace Webb.
Taking over from its sister brand Motors, which headlined last year, Cazoo’s move signals a bold comeback and a commitment to putting its revamped platform in front of thousands of car buyers.
Lucy Tugby, marketing director at Cazoo and Motors, said: “The British Motor Show is a firm favourite for buyers and families, and it’s the perfect platform to showcase the all-new Cazoo marketplace. We’re connecting car buyers with trusted dealers from across the UK – live, in person, and online.”
British Motor Show CEO Andy Entwistle, welcoming the renewed partnership, said: “We’re thrilled to have Cazoo in the driving seat this year. With over 60,000 visitors expected, the show is shaping up to be an unmissable summer event – and Cazoo’s presence takes it up a gear.”
Dealers representing car brands at the event include Marshall Motor Group (BMW, Mini), Sandown Group (Mercedes-Benz), Group 1 (Toyota), Charters of Aldershot (Peugeot and Citroen) and Sparks Commercial Motors (Renault LCV, Renault Trucks).
