AutoChat PRO launches in the UK with Devonshire Motors as first customer


AI-powered communication platform AutoChat PRO has officially launched with Devonshire Motors as its first customer in the UK.

For several years, AutoChat has been offered an AI assistant for dealership websites. Now, with AutoChat PRO, it is offering an AI assistant to dealership staff, including customer contact centre employees, receptionists, and sales staff.

The first version of AutoChat PRO enables the dealership to upload documents like brochures, price lists, manuals, and technical documents into organised buckets.

Instead of manually searching for information, staff can rely on the AI assistant to quickly retrieve the required details from these documents, providing instant answers.

“In the near future, we will also integrate vehicle inventory, workshop planning systems, and DMS connections,” said AutoChat founder and CEO Maarten Bekkers. “We are currently entering a test phase, allowing dealers to use the tool and provide feedback. Step by step, we will add features that make the life of a dealership easier, aiming to help employees work smarter, not harder.”
