LSU Aims to Impress at the Sound Impact Awards
PDF Print E-mail Written by Anthony Halewood
Every year the NUS award the most enviromentally friendly students' unions in the country with their sound impact awards. This year LSU is aiming to get the silver award.

As well as cutting its own emissions from the buildings and services the LSU run, they are also trying to help students to cut their emissions too.

The awards, now in their fourth year, assess over eighty students' unions on 209 different criteria, to determine just how enviromentally friendly each union is. Last year LSU won a silver award, and they aim to reach the silver category again this year.

The LSU, in collaberation with the screen school have made this video to encourage students and staff to leave the car at home.
