A romantic-comedy told from the perspective of Tom Hanson, played by the beautiful Joesph Gordon-Levitt[3rd Rock from the Sun, 10 Things i hate about you] as Summer Finn, played by the ever-stunning Zooey Deschanel[The Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy, YesMan] doesn't fall in love with him. This is a welcomed relationship on screen as both actors brim with pure unadultered awesome-ness!
I promise you, it will be enjoyed by both genders.[Yes i forced my Boyfriend to watch it. And he was pleasantly surprised that he enjoyed it so much.] With an emotionally funny screenplay driving this film forward, it's impossible to resist it's charms. Match this with, arguably my favourite soundtrack [featuring; Belle and Sebastian, The Smiths, Wolfmother and many more] who's to say that Summer won't be in our lives for longer.
So easy to watch again and again with pleasure and procrastination[What with coursework and exams looming] Truly laugh out loud moments leaving me keeled over and crying with each watch of this spectacular DVD.
