This February, Soccersixes will be brining 6-a-side football to the students of Liverpool, and the surrounding community. On the purpose of the league, Soccersixes’ Christopher Sockett said: ‘This league has been organised for the benefit of the local community and the vast array of awards is sure to prove popular with teams. Our website offers teams chance to log on daily and find all there league tables, fixtures, top players and all general information regarding the league. We aim to ensure that all teams get maximum enjoyment from playing, this makes all our hard work running and maintaining the leagues worthwhile.’

THE LOWDOWN:
  1. Matches will be played every Sunday from 3-5 pm on the Liverpool Community College Astroturfs
  2. Matches are 40 minutes in duration.
  3. There are two divisions to the league, each consisting of eight teams, allowing for a promotion/relegation system.
  4. The cost for each player is approximately £3.20 for all matches
